What Are We Looking For In a Candidate?
The ideal job candidates will have a minimum of one to three years of experience and the following:
- Experience in legal case management
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong communication skills with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Empathy and demonstrated clients first approach to customer service
- Professional demeanor with an outgoing personality
- Ability to prioritize caseloads and meet critical deadlines
- Ability to multi task and coordinate with attorneys
- Willingness to take direction
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learner of case management software
- Excellent time management skills
Education
A Bachelor’s degree or successful completion of an accredited paralegal training program is preferred.
